September 7, 2002 - Another law firm has filed suit against Baxter hoping to attain class action status.
A plaintiff, represented by the law firm of Schatz & Nobel, P.C., has filed a lawsuit seeking class action status in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division on behalf of all persons who purchased or otherwise acquired the securities of Baxter International, Inc. from January 24, 2002 through July 18, 2002. Also included are all those who acquired Baxter shares through its acquisition of Fusion Medical Technologies. Story from PRNewswire/Yahoo.

September 4, 2002 - Another law firm has filed suit against Baxter hoping to attain class action status.

The law firm of Much Shelist Freed Denenberg Ament & Rubenstein, P.C. announced that it has sued Baxter International, Inc. and certain of its officers and directors in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. August 28, 2002 - Another law firm has filed suit against Baxter hoping to attain class action status.
An investor represented by the law firm of Cohen, Milstein, Hausfeld & Toll, P.L.L.C. filed a securities fraud class action lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, on behalf of persons who purchased or otherwise acquired the securities of Baxter International during the period from January 24, 2002 through July 18, 2002. August 21, 2002 - The law firm of Schiffrin & Barroway, LLP in Bala Cynwyd, PA gave notice that a class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division on behalf of all purchasers of the common stock of Baxter International Inc. publicly traded securities during the period between January 24, 2002 and July 18, 2002.
