The ON DEMAND AUTO DILUTION SYSTEM was developed in response to a need for a safe, accurate and labor-saving alternative to manual preparation of 1% Renalin® 100 solution. With a simple push, 1% Renalin 100 solution is prepared and dispensed. With no electrical hookups and no electronic systems, the ON DEMAND AUTODILUTION SYSTEM is a straight-forward and easy-to-install device and can be used within minutes.

Safety
The ON DEMAND AUTODILUTION SYSTEM brings the user the ability to prepare 1% Renalin 100 solution without exposure to Renalin 100 Cold Sterilant Concentrate.

Accuracy and Validation
Validation studies of the patented design of the ON DEMAND AUTODILUTION SYSTEM demonstrated consistent and accurate performance in the preparation of 1% Renalin 100 solution.

On Demand® Bleach Autodilution System

The ON DEMAND AUTO DILUTION SYSTEM was developed in response to a need for a safe, accurate and labor-saving alternative to manual preparation of disinfectant solution. At the touch of a finger, the unique venturi system proportions and dispenses a consistent, continuous supply of 1% or 10% bleach solution. This easy-to-install device requires no electrical connection or special electronic systems and can be used in minutes.

Safety Procedure
The ON DEMAND AUTODILUTION SYSTEM brings the user the ability to prepare 1% or 10% solution without exposure to full strength bleach.

Personal Protective Equipment, including gloves and eye protection, must be worn while working with the ON DEMAND AUTODILUTION SYSTEM. Minntech recommends that users verify the dispensed bleach solution with a bleach or chlorine test strip

Chemflex Refillable Dry Wipe System

CHEMFLEX REFILLABLE DRY WIPE SYSTEM has been validated for use with bleach (1% and 10% concentrations), citric acid and peracetic acid (PAA) solutions. The wipe material is cellulose free and will not compromise the strength of the disinfectant like some cellulose (paper) based products.

Our studies show that once a disinfectant is added to the Chemflex System, it remains stable for five days. In one study using a 1% bleach solution, the chlorine levels in the solution remained well above the CDC and CMS guidelines of 300 to 600 ppm of chlorine even on the fifth day. The refillable closed container provides an easy, accessible system to disinfect patient areas with less exposure to harsh vapors and reduced risk of spills.

Accuracy and Validation

Validation studies have been completed on four chemistries: 1% and 10% bleach solution, citric acid detergent solution and PAA solution. These studies examined the saturation levels, wipe integrity and chemical concentration over a 14-day period. Bleach and Peracetic Acid test strips are available for daily validation of the disinfectant strength.

Safety Procedure

When replacing dry wipes, refill the canister using the same disinfectant indicated by the end user on the outside of the container. NEVER PLACE A DIFFERENT TYPE OF DISINFECTANT IN THE CANISTER OTHER THAN WHAT IS INDICATED IN THE CHEMICAL FIELD, ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE CANISTER. CHEMFLEX REFILLABLE DRY WIPE SYSTEM requires the operator to wear personal protective equipment as defined in the labeling of the disinfectant using with the Chemflex System.
