Innovative Dialysis Systems, Inc. (IDS)

Since, 1984 we have been partnering with nephrologists to achieve the proper balance between high quality patient care and successful financial performance. With our physician partners, we function as a team to create, operate, and manage successful, high quality dialysis programs.

Based in Long Beach, California, IDS has developed a network of 37 autonomous dialysis facilities that reach from coast to coast and the Territory of Guam, providing care to over 3000 patients. In aggregate, this network of dialysis clinics would be in the top 10 of U.S. dialysis providers. Our experience is broad ranging from PD-only clinics to acute programs to combined multi-station hemodialysis/PD clinics.

Our strategy for accomplishing this goal is the relationship we form with our physician partners. Under the physicians’ guidance, we take care of all day to day business operations so they can devote their full attention to patient care. Partnering with IDS allows physicians to directly control the care their patients receive at the facility as well as providing an opportunity to have a majority ownership position in the dialysis center.
