American Renal Associates Inc. (ARA) is a uniquely capable provider of outpatient dialysis. It offers nephrologists an alternative to large dialysis chain ownership and provides the opportunity to have greater clinical control and operational "say" in the local facility's operation. ARA works in partnership with nephrologists to develop and operate each facility.

The Company brings forth the complete range of resources needed to develop, operate and build the new facility's value. ARA provides complete project management of new facilities, has available financing and manages day-to-day facility operations that consist of clinical, quality control, regulatory and technical services, billing and reimbursement, general accounting, human resources, information systems, purchasing and marketing.

ARA was formed by individuals whose collective dialysis services experience exceeds 100 years together as a management team. These senior managers previously helped build the world's largest dialysis company and had responsibility for the operation and development of hundreds of facilities throughout the United States and overseas.
